So, just in case anyone decides to check here as well, I swear I'm not dead, and I've not abandoned my internet activities. Rather, I've been stuck moving nearly cross country via car trip, and now that we've arrived I've discovered that our internet provider absolutely loathes us (the feeling is VERY mutual) and has kicked me off intermitedly since our arrival. Couple that with major writers block and it all equals a very large ouch for productivity.

But I figured out what was causing the problem, and have fixed it, and am once again trying to do something productive. But it's going slower than I had hoped. As weird as it sounds, with a shorter school day, I'm getting less time to write. But it's coming along, and I've re-worked the outline, so now instead of chapter nine being useless filler, we have a brand new plot device ahead and a new (non-crossover) character to deal with. Yay plot device. Also, complete outline of arc one is done. Working on arc two as well.

I had wanted to mark my return to the internet with a special drawing as well, but it looks like that's not going to work out. I'll have at least one random one-shot to try and make up for that I guess. Not really the same value, but hey, it's something. Maybe that drawing will come later. Like when I have a tablet. Or not. Who knows?

So anyway, long story short, I'm near Nashville, TN, now, so if anyone's going to MTAC in April, a group of friends and I are going as the Trigun Maximum group. From what Gavin said, there won't be much confusion on that level. (I heard it's ninja year, which means Narutards galore. I hope for at least ONE Kurogane. That would be nice.) We'll probably also be there as the YGO-Abridged group, and on the third day, I will probably go as Yukito. Or maybe Gino. I haven't decided yet. Whatever. It's not till April, I still have time. And since I'm not SEWING my costume (Thank God; I feel bad for our Wolfwood; he's actually making a giant cross with scrap metal and everything. No idea how he's gonna carry it, just glad I don't have to. Meryl's even getting 50 little water derringers to tie to the inside of her cape. Me? I'm getting giant... feathers and trying to figure out how to attach them to my arm, shoulder, and face without ruining my coat) I have plently of time to think about it all. Should be fun; I'm really looking forward to it.

I shall be back soon, and once I remember what it was I wanted to post on this in the first place I shall try again. WIsh me luck; I shall do my best. -bows-

Soooooo....

I bought this computer game on gamestop.com, because I've been wanting this game since it came out, about four years ago, and finally decided, what the hell, I'm gonna get it. Aannnnd, since I do (unfortunately) have Vista I was well prepaired to fight with it to get it to work.

However, I was unprepaired to fight for over five hours and still get nowhere. :/ Finally, I sent an email off to gamestop because I was pissed and still wanted this game, and exactly 24 hours later they send me a response, saying that the download link they give you when you buy the game is incomplete, and you need to click another link they have to send you to get the game to work. I continue to fail to see the logic there.

But, it's downloading the other file now, afterwhich I will probably still need to actually install the game, and then knowing Vista will most likely need more time to fight with the system to allow it to play to begin with, so I see several more hours in my future before any gaming can get done.

Booo. It failed. Again. I'm not sure why I'm surprised. Damnit. What am I supposed to do now? The gamestop people will probably only think I'm stupid if I mail them back again, and this sure as hell isn't working. I think I'm going to go cry in a corner now.

P.S. Yaaaay Shark Week! My once yearly consolation of love that I have found comfort in since I was a tiny child! You never fail me! *shakes fist at Vista*

Dear Tsubasa Fandom,

This is, ultimately, a rejection letter.

I am sorry to say this, but I am afraid we have grown too far apart and must now go our seperate ways. I am just no longer able to look at you and say you are my fandom. I still like you as a friend fandom, and would like to hope that we are still able to see each other on a lighter level, but I just can't see it working out with you as my absolute fandom anymore. It's not you, it's me. I am no longer able to stand the whining of the rest of your fandom members, and many of the discussions are now doing nothing but making me very angry, and because I'm worried you are now attracting a too stupid level of attention for me to properly deal with and still manage my temper. As a result, I would like to have time to simply step back from each other and once again regroup ourselves and get back into a better frame of mind. I hope that maybe in the future we can try again.

In the mean time, I will be going back to live with my origonal home fandom, Trigun Maximum, which still retains my absolute loyalty due to it's complete awesomeness even over the span of time. Don't worry; I'll still visit you on Wednesdays. Please take this time to regain your own awesomeness and get a good hold over your fans again. I still have faith in you, and will continue to moniter your progress well through the end of your series. Defend yourself, as you still have the wonderful powers of CLAMP behind you. I'm sure you'll be able to pull yourself out of this slump eventually.

In short, Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLES, please tell your fans to stop sucking.

Is that a two-headed crow??? Or just a regular crow? 'Cause if it's a two headed crow, Kazahaya, I can say right now, when the hiatus lets up, youre screwed. :( Which would suck, because I like Kazahaya. He's one of my top five favorite characters. Please don't die!

On this one page, (click it to zoom in; it's huge!) you can see not only Kazahaya, Rikuou, Kakei, the Wish Bunnies, and Touya! Yay Touya! I was waiting for him to show up in Kobato, srsly, because, I mean, Fujimoto? Come on! That's been done, buddy. >=<

Anyway, I guess I'm just used to the Tsubasa mentality, where crossovers are expected and almost required. I mean, it's an entire series of crossovers. Not a single story arc goes by without a crossover of some kind. Well, if you want to be serious, not a single chapter goes by without a crossover, considering Tsubasa recent-proving tie-ins with CCS. (I totally saw it coming, too! Go me!) I guess I just got used to that. You'll probably hear me saying this again later, but no one seems to listen to me anyway, so maybe if I say it enough it'll get through: I DID say to expect this, in the summary, even! I said, and I quote, with bolds to help, "The Touya/Yukito fic that maybe should have been put under Tsubasa. Will include crossovers galore and an AU, CCS-independent original plot." THIS MEANS CROSSOVERS. With mainly CLAMP series, I'll admit, but I have at least two main, non-CLAMP crossovers planned as well, one of which has already been seen.

EXPECT TSUBASA LOGIC, 'cause that's where I just came from.

Ah, btw, yeah, just because it's a Touya/Yukito fic under CCS does NOT mean the plot has to be a tiny, fluff-filled thing. It may get pretty bad during arc 2. It's called Eclipse for a reason. :/

Bah, enough ranting! I'm off to check for more CLAMP sketches now.

Well, even though I'm sure no one will check here, I decided to do it anyway.

Vash is the blond idiot in the front, just so ya know.

I obviously still need to work on figuring out how to post pictures; click it and it gets bigger. Btw, for anyone who knows what I'm talking about... Livio freakishin scares me here. I just... everytime I look at this picture and see him I'm all, "O_O pfffffffffthahkjsdakbfa" but I couldn't find a better one to post. I hate Livio. So much. He's on my top most hated character EVAR list. I wished he'd drowned in a vat of chlorox. DROWNED IN IT. (And I don't really hate him for reasons you might think -spoilerspoilerthar- I just hate him. Though I did think it was funny to see Vash actually making fun of someone else's hair. Like, srsly.)

My house is very cold. But I guess I'm glad to be back in my own timezone. I'm really pissed that none of my 'friends' listened to me the MANY TIMES I said I was going to be gone and spammed/yelled at me ENDLESSLY for not being here. Guh.

I'm thinking about not posting at the Touya/Yukito comm anymore. I don't think they like me. T_T

I need to unpack now. Suitcase crap EVERYWHERE. Ew. Dunno what to do after that.

SUMMER! YAY! *happy dance of a thousand joys* I am so happy to finally be out of school. XD This year I had the WORST CASE of summer fever that I have ever had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Free time is a Very Good Thing. Summer work equals Bad Thing, though. T_T Life is going good now, though, so I have time to dedicate to Those Things I put myself up to on the wonderful World Wide Web, and I'm finally getting around to catching up on all the series I'd fallen behind on, including my all time favorite fandom. Again. For the nth time. XD Tsubasa has been fun though, recently, I have to admit. I'm really confused as to why everyone else is so confused by it, however. Well, I guess not really. I mean, I get it, but I think it's just 'cause my brain has been trained to work that way after so long of spacing out. I'm finally looking forward to seeing where it goes now.

Unfortunately, it's also gotten me re-watching/reading CCS AGAIN but with a much more... analytical and skeptical eye, and I have noticed a few things that get MY radar going but probably mean nothing. Like, for instance, why did Sakura-chan make such a point to mention that Tomoyo never talks about her dad? It's probably nothing, but my brain says otherwise. Since I've gotten the impression that CLAMP doesn't just randomly shuffle about siblings/parents recently, my brain instantly goes to Kendappa. >_> Also, why did they never really say what happened to Nadeshiko? (I was really, really happy to see her not dead in Tsubasa, by the way! I hope to hear more from her; I'd never payed attention to her in CCS!) And, maybe it's just me, but doesn't everything just point to the Li clan being Onmyoji? I mean, according to the back of Tokyo Babylon, Onmyoji (Lord help me with that word; I can never get it right) use yin and yang and the five elements to commune with the magical world, and Syaoran always looked like he was using the same kind of paper...ward...things like Subaru, and his symbol was always the yin and yang ball. Totally irrelivant, probably, but it made my brain happy to think that through. There were a couple other things, but... I've only gone through the first two DVDs again. XD

And Code Geass! Omgosh, Code Geass! <3333 Episode eleven of R2 has rekindled my hope for this series through and through! (How ironic, episode 11. XD) My love for the new characters aside, R2 had really slipped down the ranking of my likeness levels; I thought it had gotten really stupid. None of the trials or battles had revolved or depended on that nice Lulu-tactic Brain I had become so fond of in the first season, rather swapping it out for shameless fanservice and ass/boob shots, which really pissed me off. As a sixteen-year-old female, I really have no interest in watching a political/scifi/mecha drama for the ass shots. XD

But episode eleven! I loved it! We had a tactical battle, twists I didn't see coming, Lulu once again using the will of the people for his own needs, politcal situations, and Lulu the Haxor in a Knightmare frame! XD I LOVED how it was piloted; it totally suited his style! (THAT'S why Lulu had trouble piloting other Knightmares; none of them had a fabulous enough system for him!)

(I don't know why this picture is not moving here, but if you click on it it should show the wonders of Lulu's mad piloting/organ skillz. I bet he p0wns at MMORPGs, or however you spell that.)

And his coat hanger was made of awesome win, too. And what's this I hear about an 'Order' of Geass users? A place that creates and then tests Geass users? I am intruiged! Looks like this may have a plot after all! XD Not that I ever really doubted; just wondered how long it would take to get to it. Can't wait to hear more about that as it goes, either. I'm keeping up on this series weekly again! Don't let me down, sunrise! XD But, most awesome of all was the ending! I've been waiting for that since before R2 started when the character scans first came out! The Knights of Round in Ashford! Squeeeee~ *fangirlish joy* I am so looking forward to this; it should be hilarious!

I just started a new series, too, based on my friend's recomendation. Well, it's not a new series; it's really kinda old, but it's new for me, so... Anyway, I just got into Witch Hunter Robin. I'm only on the fourth episode yet, so I can't really comment much, but.. I'm very amused by the STN-J. I like the whole feel and idea of the show, actually. I'd been warned that it was REALLY ugly, so I was prepared to be all, *cringe* but it's really not that bad. Sure, I mean, it's no CLAMP series, but considering what fandom I grew up in it's really not that bad. I like it.

Most importantly, however... Does someone, ANYONE, have a larger version of this picture?

I've looked EVERYWHERE but the largest I can find is a 630x454 version, and since my old computer died all the places I had gotten a bigger version from before have died, so I'm at a bit of a loss. Actually, any of the wonderful Toshimi Nigoshi's work would make me very, very happy. I really want to make a background of this, but.. If anyone wanted to help me, I'd be willing to trade! I lost most of my stuff when my computer commited suicide, but I do happen to know my way around this particular fandom, and I'd be willing to trade what I do have! XD Scanlations links, a new one-shot request fanfic, and.. I say this hesitantly.. maybe even a crappy fan art, if someone wanted one. (Don't know why you would; I have no idea how to color anything on the computer. *sweatdrop*) Anyway, the point is, I want help with this, and I'm not so cheap as to ask for a favor without something in return. XD (I should go mucking about those Japanese fansites again, but... *laziness attack*)

Edit: Ah... never mind. I found a CD of all my old crap from two computers ago, and, well... *is amused as hell now* I had some funny crap. Seriously funny crap. Oh wikipedia, is it true that the Trigun movie is now officially schedualed for 2009? Can it possibly be? I... would love to believe you, but I'm afraid I won't be a true believer until I see the pre-order on YesAsia.com. /edit

Speaking of which, I should go look for release date info concerning Trigun Maximum chapter 100 and Tsubasa. That had me laughing so hard, even though I was dearly touched. XDD I want to do some fun things with this fandom later, but first I think I need a tablet. And... well... an animation software. >_>

I know this is totally random, but... I like Mizuki-sensei's hair. I think the color is very nice.

(Appearantly I don't like her hair THAT much though, because, well... >_> I didn't take that many shots of her. XD)

This shot was HARD to get. >_< VLC player has a pause lag, ad this was like a two second thing, so I was all, "HEY! *click, miss* >_< DARNIT. *rewind, try again*" for nearly ten minuets. I would like to say it was worth it, but... the color on my DVDs looks a little muted, and I don't have a good enough software to make it pretty. T_T Still like this shot, though...

I didn't get a picture of it, but I thought Touya and Mizuki's lines here were interesting. "After all, there is no such thing as coincidences." "There is only Hitsuzen." CLAMP had that line all the way back in CCS? XD I think they were already tihnking of Tsubasa; otherwise the show is way too plotless if you think about it.

Distractions, distractions...

Well, as it turns out, there are two things that really can distract me quite well from what I was planning on getting done: Bronchitis and a new puppy.

So yeah, as it turns out, it wasn't a really bad cold or allergies, or maybe it was, but it's not now. I'm honestly very happy just to know what's been wrong. I'm on antibiotics now and it's getting better than it has felt in months, so I guess this is a good thing too. Too bad it had to happen so close to the end of the school year.

The puppy, on the other hand, is a distraction I gladly welcome. I've been wanting him for four years now, and he's just as cute and fluffy and hyper as I had always hoped. He's even litter box trained, wich is a great plus in my book. =D I may have to put pictures of him up later, but the camera's in the other room now and I don't really want to move. XD;; I'm still trying to figure out what middle name to register him under. I just don't think Lord Gino Weinberg Tate works for such a fwuffy little thing, and plus I think the name Weinberg is just silly, so I wanna come up with something else. (I know. Nameing my dog after a character? For shame. But hey, it fits. XD The thing is, I have the horribly feeling Sunrise is going to kill of Gino, in which case I will cry untill CLAMP draws Yukito more often. Or Legal Drug starts again. Whichever comes first.)

Speaking of Code Geass, I have been most amused by the recent.... 'happenings'... of Turn 5, to say the least.

First of all, I loved the entire episode. Just loved it. Except for the endless, ever endless, neverending boob and ass shots. I thought those were awful. It never fails to sadden me by reminding me exactly how much what could be a wonderfully intellectual and well-thought out futuristic political/sci-fi drama is instead dumbed down to suit the taste of modern teenage horney boys. No offense to anyone who likes that part of Geass, but I really think it seriously takes away from thejoy and wonder of watching the show, at least for me. Horrible skany-ness aside, the entire episode just made me spew wonder rainbows of fangirly goo and happiness. I loved to see the episode entitled The Knights of Round was just so... fluffy. XD Gino and Anya were great, and I loved the whole fiasco with PizzaButt at the end. Probably my favorite Geass episode so far.

But you know what I noticed? Even the characters noticed this as well, I think, if you listen to the dialogue when Suzaku joins the class again: Sunrise could not seem to help making the Knight of Seven being from Area Eleven. XDD I didn't see it at first, but when someone at the Code Geass community had an icon that pointed this out a while ago, it wouldn't leave me alone, and this is what happened as a result:

Truth is, I don't even remember where that line comes from. People at my school said it nonstop last year for nearly three months, so it's funny to me, but maybe not to other people. XD The point is, my Code Geass picture folder now needs a subfolder simply for all the crack it's collecting, and I need a large picture of a Seven Eleven store to make this suck less. XD (I think it's a fanart from some Japanese site that I had from a while back, if I remember, but I don't know the actual place.)

Plot wise, I have to say, I really wasn't surprised to hear that Nunally is the nnew Governer-General for Area 11. I actually saw it coming. I think a lot of other people did too, personally. If it was anyone else, there wouldn't be much of a challenge for Lulu, and consiquently, not much of a plot (Which I'm worried might be happening anyway) so it really wasn't that surprising. Still, I look forward to seeing how Lulu deals with this, and how Zero can lead the OotBk when the person they think they need to be fighting is his reason for fighting. Not surprising, but still interesting. XD

When my Gino stops growing, I can garauntee I will make him a Knight of Rounds uniform for cosplaying on weekends. XD Maybe if I can not be stupid, I can rig up an RC car to look like the Tristen and roll him around in it, if he'll let me.

Well, I wanted to keep drawing, but since my computer is already up, I think I'll just finish working on the next chapter of Morning Moon. I need to start actually writing again, otherwise my postings will catch up with what I already have done. XD Might not be a good time right now, though, 'cause the doctor prescribed nothing but LOTS of Nyquil, and that does put my brain to sleep.

Welcoming Uber Screenshot Batch of Doom!

Actually, I did this over Christmas break, so yeah, it wasn't like I completely had absolutely nothing else to do. XD It took a while, but I finally figured out how to work the screenshots on my computer, so I decided to take complete advantage of it, and I just happened to notice that I 'accidentally' left CLAMP in Wonderland 2 running on repeat, and being by myself at home with no one on yahoo, well, this is what happened.

You can obviously tell I tended to favor the sections with the series/characters I personally like the best, so you will most likely be able to guess my favorite CLAMP series shown here. XD I did end up with more, but I wanted to keep this post a nice, even number, so I might just post them later.

Kohaku! I actually have a bone to pick with Kohaku. Kohaku keeps falling over off of my bookshelf in the middle of the night, waking me up and scaring the CRAP out of me. Plus, never having actually read Wish, I'm not entirely sure what gender Kohaku is. I personally want to say male. (I forgive him though, because he came with a bunny attached. =D Plus, I have the same problem with Kazahaya.)

Well, this is it!

I've been meaning to start up a new LJ with the Bajiijuu name for a while, so I guess it's about time I actually did. It's nice to finally have a comepletely fandom-obligation free username for once. Plus, no matter where you want to use it, it's never taken! =D

I plan to post here often, and do great things with this journal, and hopefully I will even get my first community post within the week, so wish me luck! Dozo yoroshiku onegai shimasu! *bow*
